Epic Games Fortnite Fraud: Unauthorized $22 Charged to My Card

On December 7, 2025, at 1:16 PM and 1:21 PM, two separate transactions of $11 + $11, totaling $22, were made through Epic Games/Fortnite using my card without my permission or consent. These transactions were carried out by people I do not know. The Fortnite account involved does not belong to me, and I do not play Fortnite. For this reason, I believe my card details were used without authorization and that my personal information may have been compromised.

Despite these unauthorized charges being made from my debit card, Epic Games/Fortnite has not been helpful in resolving the issue. I request that these transactions be canceled immediately, that the charges linked to my account be urgently investigated, and that I be informed about which account my card details were used on and how.

I demand that these unauthorized and unapproved charges be refunded in full, and that the necessary security measures be taken to prevent similar incidents from happening again.
