BetterMe has withdrawn money from my card without my knowledge, consent, or approval. I don’t even understand what the charge was for. I never knowingly signed up for a subscription, and I certainly didn’t agree to any recurring payments.
To make matters worse, there’s no way to contact support directly. I’ve tried everything to reach someone, but there’s no clear or responsive communication channel. This experience is frustrating and unacceptable.
I’m demanding an immediate refund of the unauthorized charge made to my card. If there’s an active subscription linked to me, I want it canceled immediately. I also request that my payment information be deleted from your system to prevent further charges.
It’s shocking that so many people have experienced the same issue, and yet this continues.
BetterMe, you need to take responsibility and resolve this now. Refund my money, cancel any subscription, and erase my card data. I never agreed to this.
