Gameplus Subscription Can’t Be Canceled, My Card Charged Without Consent

I’m having a serious problem with the subscription service I purchased through Gameplus. Even though I haven’t been able to use the service properly, an additional fee was charged to my card without my knowledge.

The last time I was able to log in was in June, for only about 40 minutes. Last month, I bought a discounted package and paid $3 for it — this was a payment I made intentionally. However, due to system issues, I wasn’t able to get into a game for even a single minute. Despite this, today, on 23.11.2025 at around 19:10, $14 more was charged to my Yapı Kredi card with no approval or notification from me.

Since I can’t use the service, I want to cancel my subscription, but whenever I try to submit a request through the system, I constantly get an error and my request is never delivered to Gameplus. Because of this, I cannot cancel my subscription myself, nor can I see when and how much will be charged to my card.

The email address registered to my Gameplus account is c***********@gmail.com. I request a refund of the $14 that was charged to my card today, the immediate cancellation of my subscription, and that any such unauthorized charges through my account be stopped.
