While trying to access my wallet through the Gate.io mobile app, I decided to change my password for security reasons. After submitting the password reset request, I started getting an “invalid Authenticator code” error repeatedly, and since then, I’ve been unable to log in to my account. This issue has persisted for about seven months, and I currently can’t access approximately $1,000 that’s in my wallet.
Throughout this period, I’ve contacted Gate.io support both through their official website and their Twitter account. I submitted all the requested identity verification documents and photos completely and accurately. However, I have only received automated replies and no real solution — I’m still waiting for a response. The issue began right after the password change, and I keep encountering the same error every time I try to log in. My account had two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled.
I request that my account access be restored immediately and that this problem be resolved without further delay, so I can access my funds again.
