Binomo Failed to Credit My ₹1,700 Amazon Pay UPI Deposits
I made two separate deposits to my Binomo account using Amazon Pay UPI linked to my Bank of Baroda account, but although the money was successfully debited from my bank, it was not credited to my Binomo account.
On January 19, 2026, I deposited ₹1,000, and on January 21, 2026, I deposited ₹700. In both cases, the payments were completed successfully from my side, and a total of ₹1,700 was deducted from my Bank of Baroda account. However, the deposited amounts never appeared in my Binomo account balance.
I contacted Binomo customer support, but they told me that they did not receive the deposits, even though the funds were clearly debited from my bank account. This situation has caused me financial loss and inconvenience, as my money is currently stuck and unusable.
I request that Binomo urgently investigate these two UPI transactions made via Amazon Pay UPI from my Bank of Baroda account and either credit the full ₹1,700 to my Binomo trading account or refund the entire amount back to my bank account as soon as possible.
