I lost my Google Authenticator codes linked to my Gate.io account, and now I’m completely locked out of essential features. I can’t withdraw, deposit, or transfer any funds—my money is stuck in the account, and I have no way to access it.
I’ve tried reaching Gate.io’s customer support multiple times, but no one responds. No email, no follow-up, nothing. It’s incredibly frustrating to be unable to manage my own funds due to a 2FA issue, especially when there’s no real support to help solve it.
