I Lost My Gate.io Authenticator Code and Can’t Access My Account or Funds

I'm currently locked out of my Gate.io account because my phone was damaged and I lost access to my Authenticator app, which I used for two-factor authentication. I can no longer retrieve the code and therefore cannot log into my account, even though I still have access to my email and all other credentials.

There are active coins and funds in my account, and not being able to access them is causing me serious distress. I’ve tried to find a solution, but there is no clear way to reset or disable the Authenticator without logging in — which, of course, I can’t do because I lost the code.

I’m urgently requesting assistance from Gate.io support to recover access to my account or reset the 2FA so I can secure and withdraw my assets. It's extremely frustrating not being able to reach anyone directly for help. This issue needs to be resolved immediately. Please reach out and provide a concrete solution — I need my funds accessible again.
