BDG Game Paytm UPI Deposit Failed and Money Was Never Credited or Refunded


I have a savings account with Bank of Baroda, Deeg branch, Kaman Gate area. On January 20, I made a payment of ₹400 from my savings account to the BDG game. The money was successfully debited from my bank account and is clearly visible on my bank statement, but it has not been credited to my BDG game account.
My Bank of Baroda account number is 39040100004496, and my BDG game ID is 742593. The issue is not with my bank, as the transaction is clearly reflected in my statement. The problem is that BDG has not added the ₹400 to my game balance.
I request that my ₹400 payment made on January 20 be reviewed and immediately credited to my BDG game account with ID 742593, or that the amount be refunded to my Bank of Baroda savings account. I am ready to provide my bank statement and any transaction details if required.
