Einhell TE-SV 18 Vacuum Filter Part Missing, No Response After 3 Weeks

I’ve purchased many Einhell products in the past, but this is the first time I’ve encountered an issue. If I had known the company wouldn’t stand behind their product, I wouldn’t have bought from them. The filter latch of my Einhell TE-SV 18 Li cordless vacuum broke, and I wanted to order the part. After explaining the situation, I was told that the part could only be bought with the main body, which I then ordered. It took three weeks for the order to arrive, and when it did, the part I needed wasn’t included.

When I reported the issue, they blamed me at first, but after reviewing the communication, they admitted I was right. They asked me to send the vacuum back to them, and they would fix it. I sent it in three weeks ago and have heard nothing since. I don’t have the vacuum or any updates. I will be filing a formal complaint if this isn’t resolved soon.
