Einhell Problematic Spare Part Issue

Hello, the tabs on the filter insertion part of the Einhell brand rechargeable vacuum cleaner I bought on April 14, 2023, broke within 5 months. I purchased the same product in 2018, and after using it for 4-5 years, the motor burned out. That's when I decided to buy this new product. Interestingly, my wife's brother also purchased the same vacuum cleaner, and his tabs broke in the same spot just 2 months after he bought it. When we contacted customer service, they informed us that the broken part would not be covered by the warranty. Frustrated, we provided them with the part from my old vacuum cleaner. Now, we're facing the same issue again. I spoke with the authorized service over the phone, and when they directed me to reach out via WhatsApp, their response remained unchanged. It seems like there's a recurring problem with this particular part, and they are unwilling to acknowledge it, even though the product is still under warranty. I kindly request that the authorized service provide me with the replacement part free of charge.
