I gotta get something off my chest about my wireless 15v detect absolute vacuum. So, three weeks ago, I reported that the carpet-sweeping head was on the fritz. They took some pics and assured me they'd send the part my way. Well, guess what? Three weeks have gone by, and I'm still stuck without a working vacuum. I call them up, and what do they say? "Oh, sorry, it's not in stock yet." Seriously? If it's not in stock, why are you selling a product with a faulty part? My vacuum is still under warranty, and it's been a whole year since I started using it. I'm getting pretty fed up. I need that part ASAP or just send me a brand spanking new vacuum. If not, I'm ready to pull out all the stops and use every legal card in my hand. It's just not right, you know?

The customer representative who called does not have any information about when the part will arrive. When will my vacuum cleaner head arrive? When will the stock be updated? Please have someone more knowledgeable and authorized call me; I can't use the vacuum cleaner, and you are causing inconvenience to people. I haven't been able to use my vacuum cleaner for a month. We bought Dyson supposedly because it is the highest quality brand, but the service and parts support are zero. I wish I had bought Bosch or Philips; I regret spending my money on you.

I still haven't received any results; neither the part has arrived nor does the customer representative have any information. December 11th, Monday, will mark 20 business days, and if it is still not sent, I will go to CIMER, the Consumer Arbitration Committee, and if necessary, to court. I have never seen such a negligent brand; I have been victimized despite paying.
