Einhell TE-VC 1 Solo Vacuum Cleaner Motor Supply Issue

I bought a vacuum cleaner from the Einhell brand called TE-VC 18 Solo. The product's motor stopped working. When I tried to get a spare part, they said they had it in stock. But they're selling the $150 motor for ₺900 without offering any warranty. I really need to stress how crucial this issue is. Make sure to look into these things before buying. I am really unhappy with the customer service. There's no attempt to address the problem. I'm looking for a practical resolution from the brand.
