Karcher Cordless Vacuum Spare Part Issue – No Response from Customer Service
I purchased a Karcher cordless vacuum cleaner and was initially satisfied with its performance. However, after just a few months of use, one of its parts broke. Since then, I have been trying to contact Karcher’s customer service via their website and phone calls, but all I hear is “we will get back to you”—yet no real action has been taken.
I was patient at first, but weeks have passed with no follow-up. They keep saying they will resolve it "as soon as possible," but nothing changes. I even offered to buy the replacement part myself, yet I still have not received any response.
This level of customer service is unacceptable from a brand like Karcher. If a company does not stand behind its products after the sale, then what’s the point?
