I’m having serious issues with my Dyson 360 Vis Nav robot vacuum, and I regret spending so much on a product that fails to deliver on its promises. From the beginning, mapping has been problematic—even after repeated attempts, the robot struggles to create an accurate layout of my home.

It was also advertised as being suitable for homes with pets, but that’s absolutely not true in practice. The dustbin, wheels, and internal parts clog quickly, making it nearly impossible to use in a home with pet hair. Cleaning the unit after every use defeats the purpose of a “smart” vacuum.

I requested a return, but they told me the return period had passed. I then asked for an exchange—even without a refund—and Dyson took the device for inspection. However, they claimed there was “no issue” and now say they’ll send it back.
