My Dyson 360 Vis Nav Won’t Map and Dyson Refuses to Accept My Return Request

I own the Dyson 360 Vis Nav robot vacuum, and it has been a huge disappointment. From day one, the device has completely failed to perform mapping, which is one of its core features. No matter what I try, it cannot create a usable map, making it practically useless for scheduled or remote cleaning.

I contacted Dyson customer service and clearly stated that I want to return the product, but they refused to initiate a return, offering no real solution. I spent a significant amount (₺) expecting premium performance and hands-free convenience—but instead, I’m stuck with a robot that only works if I’m physically present to manually start it each time. That defeats the entire purpose of having a smart robot vacuum. Why pay for advanced automation when I still have to manage everything myself?
