I made a payment of ₹900 from my FamPay account to the BDG game app on March 1, 2026, at 12:52 PM using UPI by scanning a QR code. The amount of ₹900 was successfully debited from my FamPay account, but it has still not been credited to my BDG game account balance.
I live in Patna, Bihar, and I contacted FamPay customer support by phone on March 2 to report that the ₹900 payment is missing. During the call, they sent me a PDF of the transaction showing that the payment was completed, but my BDG game balance has still not been updated.
I have the transaction ID, screenshots of the payment, and a closing balance PDF as proof that the money was deducted.
Despite contacting support five to six times through the FamPay app and by phone, my issue has still not been resolved, and the ₹900 has not been credited to my game account.
This ongoing issue is causing inconvenience, as the money appears to be stuck between FamPay and the BDG game app.
I request that this matter be investigated urgently and that my ₹900 either be credited immediately to my BDG game account or refunded back to my FamPay account.
I kindly ask that this issue be fully resolved within three days and that I receive a clear explanation of what went wrong with the transaction, so that similar problems do not occur again.
