Complaint Regarding Deformation Of OFELIA Bedspread

I purchased an IKEA OFELIA bedspread online on 27 September 2025. Unfortunately, the product lost its shape and became deformed in approximately five months of normal use, which I do not find acceptable for this type of item. I contacted IKEA customer service about the issue, but I was told that the deformation was due to user error and that no further action would be taken. I find this explanation unsatisfactory because I am currently using another OFELIA bedspread in the same way, and it has not deteriorated for about a year. This makes it difficult for me to understand how this situation can be considered user error. In addition, I do not know on what basis or technical assessment this conclusion was reached, as no clear explanation was provided. Due to the rapid deformation of the product despite normal use, and the inconsistent evaluation compared with my other bedspreads of the same model, I request that this issue be reconsidered and that I be provided with either a refund or a replacement bedspread.
One of the Ofelia bedspreads I bought from IKEA on 27.09.2025 became deformed within 5–6 months, while the other spread is fine. I contacted customer service by sending photos, but based solely on the image they said it was 'user error' and rejected my request. In the latest discussions they said no further action would be taken; so far there has been no progress and the company has not contacted me.
