I am filing a formal complaint against BC.GAME regarding a failed withdrawal (Ticket 9850274).
Last night, a support agent officially promised that my transaction would be resolved within 12 hours. That 12-hour window has now passed, and the funds have still not reached my bank account.
Even though the platform marked the transaction as “Success,” your support team has admitted that no UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) exists, because the transaction was never completed on your end.
I am now being told to “wait a bit longer” for a manual rollback, but your team has already failed to meet the original 12-hour deadline. I cannot accept further delays caused by an internal system error.
Requirements for Resolution
Immediate manual rollback of Ticket 9850274 to my BC.GAME wallet.
If the funds were actually sent, provide the UTR number immediately so I can track the transaction with my bank.
I have screenshots of the 12-hour promise and the support confirmation that no UTR exists. I am requesting immediate action from the BC.GAME Finance Team to resolve this issue.
