My Dyson 360 Vis Nav Replacement Still Fails to Map and Clean Rooms Properly

I purchased the Dyson 360 Vis Nav robot vacuum directly from the official website, expecting a premium, intelligent cleaning experience. After a while, the first device began malfunctioning—it couldn’t map properly and often failed to return to the dock. I sent it to service, and to their credit, Dyson replaced it with a new unit.

But unfortunately, the replacement unit has its own serious issues. It fails to recognize and clean several rooms, despite being set up with clear room divisions. When it does go into a room, the cleaning quality is poor, and the mapping performance is still unreliable—not what you'd expect from a top-tier product. To make matters worse, the new unit makes a loud squeaky noise from the wheels during operation, and it’s uncomfortably noisy overall.

This is the second time I’ve had to deal with problems on a product that’s supposed to make life easier—not harder. The performance of both units has been far below Dyson’s promises and definitely not worth the price I paid (₺). Dyson, I’m officially requesting a full refund and return. After multiple chances, this product has failed to deliver, and I no longer have confidence in its reliability.
