My Dyson 360 Vis Nav Keeps Stopping and Mapping Wrong, Making Life Harder Not Easier

I have a serious complaint about my Dyson 360 Vis Nav™ robot vacuum. The product simply does not work properly, and it’s been a huge disappointment from the start. Mapping is nearly impossible—it constantly creates inaccurate maps, and I wasted an entire day just trying to get one usable layout.

Even when I finally manage to create a map, the vacuum randomly stops mid-cleaning, shows an error, and needs to be manually restarted through the screen. It never completes a full cleaning session without issues. I’ve tried everything—resetting, repositioning, updating—nothing fixes it. The software is clearly unstable, and the sensors seem faulty. Instead of making my life easier, this robot vacuum has only added stress and frustration. I’ve been holding out for a month hoping it would improve, but it hasn’t.
