Melbet Withdrawal Problem With Missing ₹3,700

I am writing to report a problem with a withdrawal I made on Melbet, which has still not been credited to my bank account, even though the app shows it as successful. On 3 March, I requested a withdrawal of Rs 3,700 via bank transfer to my Central Bank of India account. Around 12:00 pm the same day, the Melbet app updated the status of this transaction to “successful”. However, despite this status, the money has not reflected in my bank account. I checked my account details carefully and also reviewed my bank statement, and there is no credit of Rs 3,700, nor any pending or reversed entry. I contacted Melbet customer support about this issue, and they only told me to wait for 2 days, without giving any clear explanation or transaction reference that I could verify with my bank. As of now, the amount is still missing, and this situation is causing me concern because the platform is showing the withdrawal as completed, while my bank shows nothing received. I request that this issue be investigated urgently, that my Rs 3,700 either be credited to my Central Bank of India account or the failed withdrawal be reversed to my Melbet balance, and that I be provided with a clear update and transaction proof for this withdrawal.
