About a month and a half ago, I purchased a Dyson Gen5detect cordless vacuum from Media Markt. The dust bin does not fit properly into the unit, causing dust to leak out during use, and I am unable to use the product safely or effectively. I chose Dyson over other brands—paying a higher price—because I believed it was a prestigious, reliable brand, yet I have not received any meaningful support during this process.

For days, I have contacted customer service multiple times via WhatsApp and through the video call links they provided. Even though the representatives understand the issue, they keep ending the calls and offer no real solution. Experiencing such a dismissive attitude and seeing Dyson fail to stand behind its product is extremely disappointing.

I request that Dyson Turkey resolve the issue with my Dyson Gen5detect vacuum, which is still under warranty, by inspecting the device, repairing it if it is defective, or initiating a replacement or refund process if necessary.
