I Can’t Cancel My CCleaner Professional Subscription Because Support Won’t Help
I want to cancel my CCleaner Professional subscription because I find it unnecessary. However, I am unable to cancel it because I cannot remember which email address I used to register or my reference number. For this reason, I sent emails in both Turkish and English and also contacted support through the official website’s support section. The only response I received was an automated message stating that emails are not handled, with no solution or guidance provided.
The only information I currently have is my license key (2MG6TA-8THMWJ-4FUHWJ), the last four digits of my card (6838), and my subscription end date (September 10, 2025). The possible email addresses I may have used are e*@gmail.com**, j**@gmail.com**, and m**@gmail.com**. I ask that you inform me which email address my subscription was created with and help me complete the cancellation process. I have been waiting for a solution for two days, and during this time I have received no real support from customer service.
I kindly request a prompt response and that my subscription be canceled as soon as possible.
