I purchased CCleaner Professional for $16, specifically to use the “Driver Updater” feature. However, even though the program claims that it has found the latest driver for my NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti Laptop GPU, it actually recommends an outdated driver. This clearly shows that the software does not fulfill the driver update functionality it promises.
In addition, I tried to contact CCleaner customer support regarding this issue, but I was unable to find any effective communication channel and received no response. Because the main feature I paid for does not work as advertised, I am dissatisfied with the service.
