Since I bought my Dyson V12 vacuum, there has been a persistent issue with the connection between the main body and the wand. I purchased the product from Media Markt and took it there twice, but each time they told me there was no problem and sent it back. When the vacuum eventually became unusable, I contacted Dyson, and they said the wand needed to be replaced, but they didn't have the part in stock. Despite being a large company selling many products in Turkey, they still haven't sent the replacement part after two weeks. I don't have multiple vacuums at home, so this has been very inconvenient for me. Additionally, the dustbin lid does not close properly and leaks dust. During a video call with the service representative, I was told there was no issue, but the lid clearly doesn’t seal properly. When I was purchasing, the sales associates suggested, "Buy Philips, you’ll regret Dyson," and now I see they were right—Dyson has been a complete disappointment. No one stands behind their products, and no one should waste their money on this.
