I Face Constant Blockage Warning on My Dyson Gen5 Detect Vacuum Since Purchase

I purchased my Dyson Gen5 Detect vacuum from the official online store about a year ago. From the very first day, it has consistently shown a “blockage” warning and has not worked properly. I sent it to the service center to fix the problem, but they returned it with a brush from a lower model. After just one use, the same blockage warning appeared again.
Despite the product still being under warranty, this issue remains unresolved. I have not yet been able to speak directly with customer service because they were closed at the time I called, but I will contact them again tomorrow. I paid around ₺27,000 for this vacuum, and for such a high amount, I expect flawless performance, not ongoing problems.
I request a fully functional replacement unit under warranty. I do not want further temporary fixes — I want a vacuum that works as advertised and without recurring faults. This matter should be addressed urgently to restore my trust in the product and the brand.
