I own a Dyson Bigball2 corded vacuum cleaner, and the cleaning head broke down. I reported the issue and created a service request on May 12, 2025. At that time, I was told the replacement part was being sourced and would be shipped as soon as possible.
Since then, I’ve called customer service multiple times on different days, only to hear the same frustrating response: the part is out of stock and there’s no estimated restock date. It's been 45 days, and I still haven’t received the replacement.
This is completely unacceptable from a company like Dyson. I paid a premium for a brand known for its reliability and service, yet I’m being left without a working vacuum for over a month and a half. I’m extremely disappointed that a company this large cannot stock a simple part or offer an alternative solution.
I demand that Dyson immediately ships the missing part or offers a fair resolution—either a replacement vacuum or refund. Stop keeping your loyal customers in the dark.
