I bought my De'Longhi Magnifica Evo exactly a year ago, expecting reliable performance from a brand known for quality. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case. While the machine still heats milk properly, it no longer froths milk at all—which is one of the main reasons I bought it in the first place.
In the beginning, it worked just fine. The milk frother produced rich, creamy foam with no issues. But for quite a while now, it simply stops short of frothing, even though I use fresh, cold milk and clean the parts regularly. I didn’t expect this kind of problem from such an expensive machine after only a year of careful use. I need answers. Is this a known defect? A design flaw? What should I do to fix it? I’ve tried cleaning, checking instructions, and even using different milk types—nothing helps.
