Delonghi Sent the Wrong Color Coffee Maker and Refused to Exchange It

On October 11, 2022, I paid 11,500 lira for two Delonghi coffee machines at the Fakir store in Taurus mall. However, when the products arrived, they were black rather than the gray we had requested. We immediately contacted the seller, Mr. M***, to notify him that the incorrect product had been delivered. He promised to exchange it for us, but he said he didn't have any in stock and that the product's price would rise. He told us he would exchange it as soon as the gray stock arrived, so we waited. We phoned him twice or three times during this time period, and each time he said there was no stock. We called Mr. M*** again today after seeing the gray product in the Ankamall Fakir store. He informed us that they only sold the black product and that they were a dealer. When we told him we had been waiting for him for six months, he asked why we had waited so long if we were just going to return the product. When we first contacted him, we even suggested purchasing the gray product from Media Markt, but he now denies this conversation, and we are stuck with a color we did not want after spending a lot of money. We'd been using Delonghi and Fakir products for years and had faith in them. This type of trade makes us very unhappy. We have all of our receipts and invoices, and we will exhaust all legal options to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
