DeLonghi Eletta ECAM 4576A Automatic Coffee Machine Malfunction

On November 11, 2021, I purchased my DeLonghi Eletta ECAM 4576A automatic coffee machine with high hopes of enjoying quality coffee. My experience, however, took a frustrating turn on August 16, 2023. The grinder began making strange noises, prompting me to take it to the nearest authorized service center the next day. They casually plugged it in, looked at it, and quickly concluded that the grinder was broken, most likely as a result of a foreign object causing the damage. They quickly informed me that this was considered a user error and thus not covered by the warranty, charging me a hefty 2,590 tl replacement fee. On the same day, I called the customer service line and was assured of a callback. Days became weeks, and on August 23, after receiving no response, I dialed them again. To my dismay, they reiterated that the problem was caused by a foreign substance, rendering the warranty null and void. They didn't seem to care unless I made the first move. I insisted on written documentation of their assessment, which they refused, and the prospect of a callback from a higher authority was a waste of time. It's been aggravating that my interactions have been limited to a call center representative. Let me emphasize that I've been using a K*** coffee machine for 21 years, and its grinder is still in perfect working order. Based on my observations, I strongly disagree that this is a case of user error. Should I inspect each bean carefully before brewing, as I would sort rice or lentils, or should I consider legal action against the coffee producer? Is it really that simple for them to refuse warranty coverage for a high-end product that costs more than most household appliances? In the midst of scorching heat, I'm torn between lamenting the hour spent transporting the machine to the service center, their lackluster attention, and the exorbitant replacement part fee they're demanding. I regret investing in this product because I am unsure of the problems it may still cause. This once-reputable brand has shattered my faith in its product quality and customer satisfaction.
