USDT Sent From Trust Wallet Never Reached Get.io Account

I made a USDT transfer from my Trust Wallet to my account on the Get.io exchanger using the BNB network. The transaction appears as successful in my Trust Wallet, but even after about 48 hours, the funds have still not been credited to my Get.io account. I have not received any clear information or solution from the platform, and my balance on Get.io has not changed despite the completed transaction status in my wallet. I request that the missing USDT be identified and promptly credited either to my Get.io account or returned to my Trust Wallet, and that I be provided with a clear explanation of why this issue occurred.
