Delonghi Magnifica Plus Ecam 320.70.TB Faulty After Five Months Of Use
The Delonghi Magnifica Plus Ecam 320.70. TB coffee machine I purchased on May 9, 2025, began exhibiting screen malfunctions and on/off issues after just five months of use. It also constantly prompted me to replace the scale. As soon as the problem occurred, I took it to an authorized service center under warranty, and I was given a service receipt numbered 102516588. The service center stated that the panel was defective, that a part would be replaced, and that I would have to return the device within 21 business days. However, despite informing both the service center and customer service that the product had a chronic problem and that I did not want to replace the same device with a part replacement, no solution was offered. Customer service was unhelpful, stating that the replacement process should be initiated by the service center. I haven't encountered the same problem again since receiving the device; however, experiencing such a serious malfunction in a 5-month-old product makes me worried that similar problems may reoccur in the future. My trust in the brand has been severely damaged during this process. I request a replacement or refund for my product. I request that my grievance be resolved.
