Despite our attempts to work with support and procure spare parts from various locations, we have not achieved any results over a span of about 1 month. It's concerning that a brand that is notably confident in coffee machines cannot provide spare parts for its products, causing inconvenience to end users like us. We urgently request the immediate supply of the spare parts for the product. I will also escalate this matter to the company's head office to address my dissatisfaction.
