1win Support Keeps Delaying My Missing Deposit Resolution
I made a deposit to my 1win account (Gaming ID: 20757522) via UPI on 11/05/2026, and although the money was deducted from my bank, it has still not been credited to my 1win account. It has now been 14 days and the amount is still missing. During this period I have contacted 1win customer support multiple times about the missing deposit. Each time, I received the same standard reply that my request is under process and will be resolved soon. They opened applications with the numbers SPP 209565 and SPP 316634, but no real action has been taken and the issue remains unresolved. I request that my missing deposit be immediately credited to my 1win account without any further delay, as the money was already taken from my bank and I have been waiting for a long time.
