Delonghi Magnifica Evo II Coffee Maker Service Complaint

In 2023, I bought the Delonghi Magnifica Evo II coffee maker. After approximately one year, the coffee grounds disposal unit stopped working. It's been about 2 months now, and I'm still patiently waiting for Delonghi to locate a service provider for me. Putting the repair process aside, they haven't even begun the search for a service center to fix the unit. It is important to keep in mind this particular concern when buying this product. There seems to be a significant issue with the service, and unfortunately, Delonghi Turkey has been of no assistance whatsoever.

A response was given regarding the complaint. They directed us to the new service they have agreed upon in Amasya. We have been waiting for spare parts since 29.04.2024. It has been over a month, but there has been no communication. There is no technical service available.

They couldn't offer any solution on 10.07.2024.
