The motor of my Braun blender stopped working just before the warranty ran out. After reaching out to De'Longhi headquarters, I brought the product to their service center. They told me I could grab it in 15 days. But after 15 days, they let me know about an issue with the motor order. They said Braun hadn't responded yet and asked me to wait without a clear timeframe. After numerous tries to get in touch with De'Longhi, their internal communication ended up taking an unexpectedly long time. Regrettably, they are not very helpful and do not provide any information. After a few months, they finally informed me that the motor was ready and I could come and pick up my product. It's been a whole month since I dropped off my product for service, and who knows how much longer it'll take, or if the part will even show up at all. They don't provide any product replacements or temporary fixes. I'm thinking about never purchasing another Braun or De'Longhi product again. Whenever something goes wrong with a product, they flat-out refuse to fix it, using the excuse that they don't have the necessary parts. And to make matters worse, they don't do anything to resolve the issue. De'Longhi operators can sometimes display frustration when faced with their errors, acting possessively over the brand. This whole situation is a complete disaster; my experience with Braun and De'Longhi has truly opened my eyes to the utter waste of my hard-earned money.
