I own a Delonghi CGH912 model toaster, which unfortunately broke down. My frustration stems from the lack of available contacts at the company and a severely limited service network. I reside in the heart of Erzurum, where this brand has no technical service presence. My intention was to procure the faulty part for the device, so I reached out to customer service, who provided me with an email address for communication. Despite my efforts to articulate the issue in detail via email, I received responses that seemed automated and failed to address my problem. In an attempt to facilitate the process, I even sent pictures of the defective parts to their email addresses, expressing my willingness to pay for the necessary replacements. Regrettably, my attempts at communication went unanswered. For anyone contemplating a purchase from this brand, I urge you to reconsider. Delonghi lacks a reliable service network, and communication with its representatives is virtually non-existent. Spending a significant amount on their product should result in a much better experience, but it ultimately performs no differently than a ₺250 toaster. The service for the ₺250 product is readily available, whereas Delonghi's authorized service is frustratingly scarce.
