I purchased a De’Longhi Icona Vintage appliance from a website, and on February 6, 2025, the product began experiencing problems and did not function as expected. Because of this defect, I contacted the relevant seller and explained the issue in detail. Customer service informed me that my payment would be refunded; however, despite this clear commitment, no refund has been issued to date. I find it unacceptable that the refund process has not been completed even though I was explicitly told that my money would be returned. I request that my refund be processed immediately as promised and that the full amount I paid for the De’Longhi Icona Vintage be returned to me without any further delay.
