Broken Delonghi Coffee Machine, 3-Month Spare Parts Wait

I'm not happy with the Perfecta evo esam420.40.b coffee machine from Delonghi. I bought it in February 2022, but it broke in November 2022. We sent it right away to the technical service, but it's been three months and they still haven't fixed it. We call the service center once a week, but all they say is that they are waiting for spare parts. It's annoying to keep getting the same answer without making any progress. When I called Delonghi's customer service, they didn't seem very interested. They said they would look into it and call us back, but they never did. When I called them again, they were still not very helpful and tried to say that it was the technical service's fault. It's too bad that everyone is blaming someone else instead of working together to find a solution. Since Delonghi is a well-known brand around the world, we trusted them and bought their product, which we now deeply regret.
