Delonghi Magnifica Plus Turns Off and On by Itself - They Refuse to Replace It

I bought the Delonghi Magnifica Plus coffee machine on 09/19/2024. My product had problems turning itself off and on. The authorized service diagnosed an electronic fault. I was called by the Delonghi Turkey distributor and they stated that they could not do it because they could not supply the parts for my product. I requested a replacement, they said they do not have the product in stock, we cannot replace it. They said that you will be refunded the price you bought last year. But the product is still in stock at Media Mark and is on the market. They have displayed an approach that does not comply with the corporate structure of the Delonghi company and does not stand behind the customer. None of these problems are caused by me, the product that broke down in 5 months and could not make the product despite offering a warranty, could not provide it despite the consumer having the right to replace it, I bought it for ₺24,300 by offering last year's price is now ₺31,000, a company that causes a loss of approximately ₺7000.
