This company is undoubtedly a scam. My funds have vanished. I downloaded the Crypto.com DeFi Wallet application and deposited approximately 2679 USDT (around 85 thousand TL). It promised a certain daily profit, but when I opened the application about one day later, it directed me to a raffle, and I discovered that I had won 2 ETH under the 'Activity' heading. I contacted the representative to confirm, and he informed me that I had won a reward. To credit this reward to my account, I had to add another 2321 USDT to the DeFi Wallet within 5 days.
I expressed that I didn't have this much money, but they insisted that if I didn't deposit this amount, my entire 2679 USDT investment in my account would be confiscated. Despite my insistence that I had no funds, they gave me a 5-day deadline, and this period elapsed. When I contacted the customer representative again, he stated that all my funds were blocked permanently due to regulations, and I couldn't retrieve them. Despite requesting information on the specific laws and regulations, I received no response.
I filed a complaint about the situation with Crypto.com Turkey representative G** O*** through two separate email accounts, but there has been no response. This company is undoubtedly a scam, and my money is gone. I'm sharing this message to prevent someone else from falling victim. I doubt I'll find any complaint authority, but I've copied and saved all my correspondence with Crypto.com DeFi Wallet representatives. I hope there will be an authority that takes this matter seriously. As of now, I am formally submitting this report.
