Crypto.com Suspended My Defi Wallet

Hello, I installed the DeFi Wallet and initially had no issues earning a daily profit of 2%. My account balance rose to $950, but one day, without my knowledge, my balance was withdrawn and blocked.
I was informed that I had "earned" 1 ETH and needed to deposit a certain amount of money to access this reward; otherwise, my funds would go to the mining pool. I deposited the money and received the reward, but when I tried to withdraw, my account was blocked again. They said I needed account verification for security reasons, requiring a deposit equal to half the total amount, approximately $3,200.
I do not trust this situation and believe my money is likely gone. Even if I deposit again, I am sure they will ask for more. I hope I am wrong and can somehow recover my funds. As I started researching, I found that several other victims have also faced similar issues with the site. Even if we deposit money, they do not lift the block and keep asking for more.
Currently, all my savings are blocked, and I have tried to contact them multiple times without receiving any help; I am constantly being delayed. The "DeFi-ETH. LoL Mining Pool" is not trustworthy. They can withdraw money from our wallets through smart contracts whenever they want. While transferring money to your own account requires entering several passwords, they can take our funds without any security measures. Customer service is also part of the problem.
