Crypto.com Account Freezing Issue. Unable to Withdraw Funds

I am a customer of Crypto.com and regularly send money without any issues. My account is verified with all necessary verifications completed. However, when I needed to withdraw funds (USDT) on Saturday, my account refused to allow it. It directs me to contact support. I've been contacting support since Saturday (today is Monday). They keep saying they will keep me updated but haven't provided any information on the problem or resolved it.

Additionally, they asked why I am withdrawing the money and where I am sending it, despite my explanations. I tried to withdraw 50 USDT and couldn't even withdraw 30 USDT.

Do not open an account on this platform, and if you have funds, withdraw them as soon as possible! This message is for the Turkey office and the general manager.
