If you didn’t authorize a Chamspy subscription and were charged;
• Contact Chamspy support immediately via email or their official website support form and state that the subscription was activated without your consent
• Provide your account email/username, charge date and amount, plan name (if shown), transaction ID (if available), and screenshots or bank statement
Ask them to;
• Explain how the subscription was created without authorization
• Cancel the subscription immediately and disable auto-renewal
• Refund the unauthorized charges and confirm billing is stopped
If the problem persists;
• Keep all emails, screenshots, and payment records
• File a complaint on Xolvie to seek a refund and stop further unauthorized billing
