Chamspy Hidden Subscription Charged Me Without Notice

On April 27, 2026, I purchased a service through Chamspy by making what appeared to be a small $0 payment. However, the very next day, April 28, 2026, my account was charged an additional $44 without my knowledge, authorization, or consent. My bank statement clearly shows that this transaction was processed without my approval.

As soon as I discovered the unauthorized charge, I contacted Chamspy. They initially offered a partial refund the following day but stated that a full refund could take up to 30 days. Acting in good faith, I agreed to wait. I also contacted my bank, but my dispute was unsuccessful, and the transaction was not reversed.

I only authorized the small initial payment. The fact that Chamspy was able to charge $44 without my explicit permission is extremely concerning. If this could happen with $44, it raises serious concerns about what could happen with even larger amounts.

I am requesting the immediate and full refund of the $44 that was charged without my consent. If this unauthorized charge is not refunded promptly, I will pursue all available legal remedies to protect my rights.
