Chamspy Customer Support Failed to Resolve My Billing Issue
On March 9, 2026, my İş Bankası card was charged $44 by Chamspy for order P69ad7481e4b0776e89d88194, which was created without my knowledge, authorization, or request. I did not place this order, I did not approve the transaction, and I do not have any membership or subscription that would justify this charge.
After discovering the unauthorized transaction, I tried to contact Chamspy. The only support available was an automated chatbot, which did not provide any meaningful assistance or help me obtain a refund.
Because this charge was processed without my knowledge or consent, I request that the full $44 be refunded to my card immediately.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will pursue all available legal remedies, including filing a claim with the Consumer Court and submitting all relevant records and documentation in support of my case.
