Despite the fact that I did not request, approve, or receive any information about a subscription, an amount of $68 was automatically charged to my card at 11:20 PM on Friday evening without my consent.
This payment was charged to my Akbank card. On Chamspy’s side, the only available way to cancel a subscription is through their help center, but I have been unable to achieve any result regarding subscription cancellation or a refund through this channel. Additionally, after this unauthorized charge, I had to cancel my card, and I am concerned that the same company may attempt to charge me again.
I accessed this website solely for a low-cost verification service and did not approve any subscription at this price under any circumstances. I am requesting a full refund of the $68 that was charged to my card without my permission and the immediate cancellation of any subscription that may have been created in my name.
