Chamspy Hidden Subscription Charged My Tombank Account

Last night, I signed up for a trial membership on www.chamspy.com after paying what appeared to be a small one-time fee. However, today I discovered that $44 had been charged to my Tombank account without my knowledge or authorization.

I only intended to purchase a low-cost trial. At no point did I receive a clear confirmation screen or transparent notice that I would be charged such a large amount. I believe the subscription terms and pricing were not disclosed in a clear and understandable manner.

I request a full refund of the $44 that was charged without my permission and the immediate cancellation of my Chamspy membership. I also ask that this matter be investigated promptly and that my complaint be resolved as soon as possible.
