Unauthorized Chamspy PayPal Payment – Refund and Cancellation Request

I recently discovered a pending payment to Chamspy on my PayPal account which I did not authorise. The transaction is showing on my PayPal as “CHAMSPY” for £49.80 dated 22 July, and I noticed it about 10 minutes before writing this complaint. I have never used Chamspy before, have not signed up for any trial or subscription with them, and have not given permission for this amount to be taken. My PayPal account is linked to the email address heath***[email protected], and I am very concerned that an unauthorised subscription or payment has been created in my name. I request that this £49.80 payment be fully refunded and that any Chamspy subscription or recurring payment linked to my details or my PayPal account be immediately cancelled so that no further money is taken from me without my consent. I also ask for written confirmation that the subscription has been cancelled and that my details will not be used for any future charges.
