Cancellation Of Chamspy Subscription And Refund My Payment

I am writing about an unexpected charge of AED 182.72 made today, 04/04/2026, through Apple Pay by Chamspy. I only intended to use a trial and was not aware that I was signing up for a paid subscription or that this amount would be taken from my account. After noticing the charge, I tried to contact Apple and the relevant support, but I did not receive any response and my issue remains unresolved. I did not knowingly approve a recurring or paid subscription and I consider this payment to be unauthorized. I request that my subscription be cancelled immediately, the AED 182.72 be fully refunded, and my account and all related data with Chamspy be permanently deleted. I also ask for written confirmation once the cancellation, refund, and account deletion have been completed.
